I’ve bought similar ones before that cost more, so I was happy to find this cheaper option. It worked fine for what I needed and I didn’t have any issues with it.

"Decent wash, but the place felt a little neglected"
I went to Waterway last weekend, and the car wash itself was fine. Nothing that blew me away, but my car came out looking better, so I guess it did the job. I was kind of just sitting there thinking it would feel a little more polished for what they charge, though.
The bigger thing was the facility. It just felt kind of dirty overall, like the trash cans were overflowing, the bathroom definitely needed someone to check on it, and the waiting area had these sticky spots on the floor that were hard not to notice. The staff was nice enough, so I don’t want to make it sound like the whole visit was bad, but yeah, for the price I expected the place to be cleaner.

I got my car done at waterway and waited inside. The waiting area was nice. The seats were clean. They were not too hard either. It was not crowded when I was there. A little more space would be nice. Maybe better magazines too. Still, it was comfortable enough. I’d give it 4 stars...

"appointment time didn’t really matter"
i booked an appointment thinking it would make things quicker, but I still ended up waiting a lot longer than I expected. the staff was fine, just seemed like they were backed up and not super organized. it's frustrating when you plan your day around a time slot and it still takes forever

I’ve had this pump quit on me more than once now, and it’s getting frustrating. In my experience, it just doesn’t seem reliable and keeps breaking down when I need it to work.

I signed up a while back thinking it would be simple, but after the first month they just kept charging me every month. I noticed it again on my statement recently and realized this had been going on for longer than I expected. The whole membership setup has been really frustrating to deal with.

I got the inside of my car cleaned and it was okay, but nothing amazing. The seats definitely looked better, which was nice, but they still missed some crumbs near the console and there was dust left on the dash. For a basic quick clean, it’s fine, but calling it detailed would be unnecessary.

"Never know what kind of service you’re going to get"
Some weeks they do a decent job, and then the next time they miss obvious stuff. It’s frustrating because I end up having to check everything over and deal with what they skipped, which feels like such a waste of time and energy. I just wish they were more consistent.

"Felt Like Just Another Ticket"
Picked up my car it still looked dirty. I was expecting it to be properly cleaned, but it felt like they just rushed through it and moved on to the next job. Kind of felt like I was just a ticket number rather than an actual customer.

I used Waterway recently and overall it was okay. The site was easy to get around, but a few details weren’t as clear as I would’ve liked, so it took me longer than expected to figure things out. I did end up getting what I needed, which is what matters, but for the price, I was hoping the process would feel a bit smoother. Not bad, just room for improvement

"Payment was a little more stressful than expected"
So, the billing page gave me trouble, and my card ended up getting charged before I was even sure the order actually went through, which was... totally fine, love that. Support did eventually fix it, but it took a couple of days. Not a complete disaster or anything, just more annoying than it really needed to be.

"Decent service, but the repeated verification got annoying"
I used waterway recently, and it was just okay. Most of the staff I spoke with were polite and they did answer my questions, but a few times it felt like they were rushing me along. One person was actually really helpful, then the next gave me a super short answer and didn’t seem that interested, so I guess it depends on who you end up talking to. The part that really annoyed me was having to verify my info over and over again. I get security is important, but repeating the same details multiple times made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Overall, not a bad experience, but I expected a bit more attention and consistency.

"Package options were a bit hit or miss"
I was trying to order from waterway.com, but the package choices felt hit or miss. Some of the options were a little confusing, and I couldn’t find a simple bundle that really matched what I needed. The site itself worked fine, but choosing a package took way longer than I expected. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Paid Extra and Still Not Clean"
I paid extra thinking the doors would actually get some attention, but nope, there was still dirt all over them. Like, that was the main thing I noticed right away, and then I was annoyed because what was the extra charge even for? The rest was whatever, but dirty doors after paying more just didn’t sit right with me

"Hours are a little frustrating"
Waterway is fine overall, but the hours have been kind of frustrating. I’ve stopped by a couple times thinking they’d still be open, only to find out they’d already closed. Maybe I should’ve checked first, but it also feels like the hours aren’t exactly set up with customers in mind. The service itself is okay, I just wish they were more convenient to visit.

"Helpful Support, Just Took a Bit"
I had to reach out to waterway with a question about my order, and the support person was actually helpful. It did take a little while to hear back, so it wasn’t perfect, but once they got to it, they explained what was going on and took care of the issue. Straightforward overall. As long as you’re not expecting instant replies, it’s a reasonable experience and there wasn’t any runaround, which I appreciated. I’d use them again.

"Solid stop for gas"
I’ve filled up here a few times and never had any issues with the pumps. The place has been clean when I’ve stopped in, and the staff seemed nice enough. Prices are okay, though not always the cheapest. Compared to some other gas stations nearby, it’s… well, it does the job.
